In case anyone doesn't already know this, you can find it very easily if you do a search on it, the fact that Ibuprofen and Aspirin are a contraindication which can result in many complications including internal bleeding I believe I read.

My question is,

Since Ibuprofen is a phenethylamine and is contraindicated with Aspirin does that mean that all phenethylamines are contraindicated with Aspirin?

i think thats because ibuprofen can cause intestinal bleedings on its own & aspirin makes your blood tghinner, so it wouldnt stop bleeding (or very delayed...) i dont think theres a direct interaction with these two.
but: im not sure, im no doctor.

your opinions?

Another reason may be that NSAIDS inhibit the protein binding of aspirin (or maybe its the other way around...). I don't know if this has any dangerous effects, or just lessens the analgesic capacity by mixing the two...

Edit: An ibuprofen certainly ISN'T a phenethylamine. Not even close. Google the structure of phenethylamine, and then tell me if that looks like ibuprofen.
